Lifetime Monitoring Programme

Pharmanex® offers a lifetime monitoring programme for anyone wishing to purchase LifePak® or LifePak® Essentials Super A and/or g3™ via ADP. For any ADP order containing either of these products, the company provides a re-scan certificate every three months, inviting you to be re-scanned. Visit www.pharmanexscanner.com, a password protected website that allows you to enter your SCS and create your personal tracking page to record your progress.

Terms and Conditions for Money Back Guarantee

In order to take advantage of the g3™ Guarantee, you must adhere to the following requirements:
  • The guarantee applies to g3™ ONLY.
  • You must receive your initial scan before you begin taking g3™.
  • You must establish a monthly g3™ automatic delivery before, during or no later than seven days following your initial scan. You can add g3™ to your current ADP delivery.
  • You must begin taking a minimum intake of 30ml of g3™ twice a day (recommended daily intake of 30ml to 90ml with morning and evening meals) upon receipt of your product following your initial scan and for a total of 90 days before your subsequent scan.
  • The money back offer is valid for individuals who have not taken g3™ at least three months previous to their initial scan and is applicable when no lifestyle changes have been made to decrease antioxidant intake or increase free radical exposure as compared to each individual's baseline measurement.
  • Approximately 90 days following your initial scan you will receive a complimentary scan certificate from Pharmanex. No sooner than 90 days from your starting date and no later than 100 days, you must redeem that certificate by presenting it to a certified scan operator (most likely the operator that initially scanned you).
  • The money back guarantee is only valid for individuals who have been scanned in the correct operating conditions.
  • The operating room temperature needs to be written on the ADP form and initialled by the Distributor. The g3™ Guarantee asserts that after 90 days of consuming an optimal dosage of the product your Skin Carotenoid Score will have increased.


    • If you meet the above criteria and your score has not increased from the time you were initially scanned and began taking g3™ (for a consecutive 90 day period), you may submit a written request for a total refund of the purchase price of g3™ (less shipping costs). Your money will be refunded within two to four weeks from receipt of your written request.
